Introduction

Sailing on the waves is the dream of many of the windsurfers, but the "great" difficulty passing the shore-break, means that this option belongs to only a small part of them.

These paragraphs do not replace a tutorial class in the waves, but help to demystify a number of factors that allow us to help move them.

First to sail in waves (go out the shore-break) that we know how, or beachstart or waterstart. If the waves are too small and kicking only where there is "standing", just let us know how the beachstart.

Implementation

To enter the sea with waves must bear in mind that the equipment is in good condition so that it can resist the impact.

Select the location where the surf has less power and where the wind is stronger and constant.

Holding down the set sail and board and suspend it in the air, with help from the wind, go ahead and leave only the board in water. It is important that the depth is little to clear the sand of the boom (if necessary) and wait for your chance to get out.

The way out of the water must be made through Beachstart or waterstart and only when the wind is strong enough to overcome the waves and when they are smaller.

If during the exit that can not see the waves go higher, we should go back. We must never waver in doubt and back to the beach where we can rest and recover your strength.

To go back before leaving the shore-break should jibe (chiken-jibe) taking into account that this must be done quickly in the waves.

When sailing in the sea with waves, it may be possible to pass foam, some other small and large, already-wave burst. To do so we must synchronize the hunt of the sail with the placement of our strength on the back leg so the board can raise the foam. Once you climb, we should put the weight on the forefoot and flirt in order to remain in balance outside of the foam.

Once past the shore-break, we can choose sailing out there or you see the waves surf with the aim of.

When we go to a wave, we overturned, we must always keep calm. If possible, we must not drop the equipment. If we have to take the low depth of the water and go sailing beachstart. If we have a deeper area should prepare to sail for the waterstart. In doing so, we must do to the beach, because only then can we rest and recover their strength and try again. If the wind does not have strong enough to lift us to maintain the position of waterstart and wait to be a little deep zone.

To return to the beach one must be calm. We will sail until the board almost touch the sand. By then dismantled keeping the sail, always out of the water. When placed by the stern pushed the board to the sand with the help of the waves until little water. As soon as possible can get your hands to the mast. For the sail does not touch the water move the back to us from the wind.

When we hold little water with your hand on the back foot and the back-strap turn us completely back to the wind so that the sail rotate to the other side. This maneuver must be done when coming to earth in order to get to dry completely.
